Dean Walston is the Director of Asset Management for Key Community Development Corp, the community investment arm of KeyBank, a publicly traded super regional bank with $95B in assets. Dean and his team are responsible for the asset management of more than $2B of equity investments in affordable housing, social service agencies, art and cultural institutions, and new residential or retail properties in economically disadvantaged areas nationwide. In addition to being a founding member of CLICKC, Dean is active in his community as the President of the Olathe Lions Club and as a board member of the Iowa State University Alumni Association of Kansas City. When not working or volunteering, Dean is an avid college sports fan and world traveler.
Bryce Anderson has been in banking for 12 years and is currently a Vice President of Commercial Loans with Bank of Blue Valley. Bryce provides financing options for companies in the greater Kansas City area in the areas of real estate, equipment, acquisition and working capital. Bank of Blue Valley has a strong philanthropic foundation which has enabled Bryce to devote time to Junior Achievement of Middle America as a Board Member, participate in the Teach Children to Save program, be a Mentor through the MidAmerica Nazarene University Executive Mentorship Program, and coach his son’s little league baseball team through Olathe Parks and Recreation.
Mark Williams is the Aviation Business Team Leader for Garver’s Kansas City offices. In this role, Mark leads the business development and project management efforts for aviation development projects at airports throughout Kansas and Missouri. Mark has served the aviation industry since 1993 having served more than 90 airports in 20 states. In addition to his professional responsibilities, Mark has been active throughout the community. He has actively volunteered mentoring youth at his church including multiple mission trips. Inspired by his daughter’s participation, he volunteers monthly for the Phoenix Family Foundation to mentor students in an after school program. Mark is also active in the engineering industry having served in multiple leadership roles in the Kansas Society of Professional Engineers.
Erica Ostroski is the Chief Operating Officer for Big Brothers Big Sisters Kansas City. She has been involved with BBBSKC since 2004 and has truly enjoyed her time as a volunteer Big Sister and employee since 2008. Erica has appreciated various accolades throughout her years of involvement with BBBSKC such as Kansas City’s Big Sister of the Year, Excellence in Volunteer Management Award, Top Multi-Day Fundraising Event in Kansas City and Avant Garde Award for Innovation in Fundraising, to name a few. Passionate volunteer, committed Big Sister to her three Littles and self-proclaimed coolest Aunt in town, Erica is also a lover of all dogs and her husband, Tyson.
Bob Carlson is an architect and principal with DLR Group, an architectural, engineering and design firm located in Overland Park, Kansas.
Laurie Santee is co-owner of Santee Floral Designs located in Overland Park, Kansas. When not working Laurie enjoys spending her free time with her husband and children.
Parker Young is Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer for Straub Construction located in Shawnee, Kansas. When not working, Parker is an avid running and enjoys hiking as well. Beyond that, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
Chad Clement is a Private Banking Client Manager with UMB in Overland Park. He is responsible for creating customized banking, investment and financial solutions for his Private Wealth Management clients. Chad has been working in the financial industry since 1994. Influenced by the volunteerism and community involvement of his father, Chad learned the importance of giving back at a young age. He serves as a Big Brother to Ayende through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Kansas City and has taught Junior Achievement at local grade schools multiple years. An avid long distance runner, Chad has run multiple half and full marathons including the 2016 Boston Marathon.
Ryan Reeves is currently Senior Vice President of Operations for UnitedLex Corporation, where he and a team of industry leading legal and technology professionals are focused on improving the operations of many of the world’s largest corporate legal departments and law firms. Ryan also serves on the Overland Park Chamber Board and enjoys supporting local KC sports and live music.
Shaun Pietig, P.E., is the Manager of Distribution Engineering for WaterOne where she and her team are responsible for the potable water distribution system serving 18 municipalities in Johnson County, Kansas with over 2600 miles of pipelines and a capacity of 200 million gallons of water a day. In addition to being active in the engineering industry, a member of the American Water Works Association, and a graduate of Leadership Overland Park 2015, she has a passion for helping others succeed. With her Iowa roots teaching her to enjoy the simple things in life, Shaun also enjoys the arts, architecture, sports, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
Punit Prabhakar is currently Director of Quality Assurance and Enterprise Initiatives for UnitedLex, where he and his team have designed a robust Quality Assurance (QA) approach to ensure a consistently high, valuable product for UnitedLex with the goal to identify any potential issues far in advance. Punit moved to US in 2014 and when not working enjoys going on long drives. Punit is also part of the Leadership Overland Park class of 2018
